🏎️ The Original Race (1927–1957)
• Format: A point-to-point race on public roads through Italy, with cars starting one at a time.
• Vehicles: Open to production cars—many legendary marques took part, such as Alfa Romeo, Ferrari, Maserati, Mercedes-Benz, and Porsche.

• Modern Route: Starts and ends in Brescia, passing through Rome, covering iconic Italian towns and landscapes.
