Carpathian Family Life 🏔️🔥 Homemade Smoked Sausage & Winter Prep

High in a peaceful Carpathian village by the river 🏔️🌿, Angelina and Illya spend a cozy family day with their little daughter Domnichka 👧💗.

Early in the morning, Angelina prepares fresh pork meat to make homemade sausages 🐷✨. Step by step, she trims the pork, grinds the meat, and fills beautiful sausages. Meanwhile, Illya lights the outdoor fire to cook the bones in a cauldron 🔥🍲.

After lunch, Ilya lights up the old smokehouse and smokes sausages in the traditional Carpathian way 🪵🔥. Angelina fertilizes the raspberry bushes with natural compost, and then the family goes on tractors to the forest 🚜🌲 to collect spruce branches for winter protection of the garden ❄️🌿.

By evening, the sausages turn deep red and perfectly smoked 🤤❤️. Everyone tastes them with adjika — delicious and crunchy. And to end the day, Angelina makes a fresh mandarin cake 🍰🍊.
