In a diary published by Z-blogger, a driver describes the daily reality of the Russian army. He claims that many new Russian recruits are completely incapable of grasping basic information, even life-saving ones. Propagandist Maxim Kalashnikov published details that shocked Russians on his Telegram channel. In civilian life, he writes, violating safety regulations sometimes goes unpunished, but in war, it means death or loss of limbs. Yet Russian soldiers continue to ignore instructions, just as they ignored the rules in factories and garages.
The new recruit tries to explain to everyone the rotation phase: when you arrive, grab your things and run off into the woods; the old shifts sit in cover until the new arrivals disperse; the main thing is no crowds near the car. Everyone nods: "Understood . " But when the rotation begins, the opposite happens: Russian soldiers huddle together, start smoking and talking right on the front line, coming under fire from the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The close-quarters fire of the Russian troops plays into the hands of the Ukrainian forces, who devastate the crowd of occupiers with a single shell. "As soon as the car pulled up, some people stood in a group, others lazily unloaded, acquaintances said hello, someone took out cigarettes, and a crowd of 15 people gathered near the UAZ," Kalashnikov wrote. That is, exactly what is strictly forbidden to happen on the front line. And just a minute later, a Ukrainian FPV drone can be heard buzzing in the sky. The author is the only one who manages to jump out of the car and run under the trees. The others stand there, as if paralyzed.
What followed was the same as it happens every day on the Russian front: an explosion, a car in pieces, and bodies and wounded nearby. People who had promised to "understand" the instructions five minutes earlier simply stood there and waited for the blow. They burned to death along with the car. The new recruit summed it up with a phrase that has already gone viral: "This is how we fight."
This story is not an exception, but a systemic problem in the Russian army: untrained personnel, chaos during rotations, a complete lack of discipline, fear of drones, and an inability to follow basic survival rules. While Russian propagandists talk about a "strong army," its soldiers are dying due to their own carelessness, as social media commentators comment on the admission.

Recently, Ukraine’s military intelligence service has released a new intercepted call capturing a Russian battlefield meltdown on the Donetsk front. A Russian soldier reports that his troops are abandoning their positions and pulling back into the rear—triggering an explosive reaction from his superior. “Where the hell are they going? Where the hell are they going? I’ll shut off their radios remotely, and they can go f*ck themselves at full speed,” the commander shouts.
