Winter’s special fish pulao
Fish pulao recipe
Recipe in English:
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 kg fish
- 1-1/2 tsp salt each side
- 2 tsp garlic paste
- Then put in the fridge for 2 hours
- first fish marination
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp garlic paste
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 4 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp chicken tikka masala
- Mix well
- Pinch of red food colour
- 1 tsp mix spices powder
- 1/4 cup of water
- Marinate the fish with mixture properly
- Add cooking oil
- fry on mid flame
- Fish ready
MATAR PULAO PREP
- cooking oil
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 5 cloves
- 14 black pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 anies(star)
- 1 green cardamom
- 1 bayleef
- 1 large onion
- 4 potatoes
- 200gm matar (peas)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- Half cup water
- Cook on low flame for 10 mint
- 2-1/2 cup water for rice
- 9 green chilli
- 2-1/2 tsp salt for rice
- 2-1/2 cup rice
- Cook on mid flame for 10 mint
