This video follows the full transformation of scrap metal into a massive handmade Damascus steel knife. What starts as rusty car parts and discarded steel rods is slowly turned into a powerful, sharp blade through fire, force, and patience.
The process includes forge welding multiple steel pieces into a solid billet, heavy hammer forging, shaping a large blade profile, and revealing a bold Damascus pattern through acid etching. The knife is heat treated, fitted with a handcrafted wooden handle, and finished entirely by hand.
