My Unapologetic Neurodivergent Morning Routine

Start your morning with some inspiration from my unapologetically-as real as can be-neurodivergent morning routine with moments of my goofy, sweet, fun self to laugh along and have fun with. It's incredibly hard to function as an AuDHDer neurodivergent and I've worked hard with myself for many years to figure out what sticks and what helps me most for my days to be the least frustrating and the most enjoyable and functional. This was only a small snippet of my routine, it's incredible how much goes into making a video. And I made sure I had fun with the process of making it while making sure my message of what How to Wuve is about is shown and expressed. I also wanted to express how easily and quickly we can make any situation, any chore, any to do-so much funner than what our dopamine hungry brain sees it as before we bring it into the party. That's a lesson I've been thriving in lately, how you decorate, how you see, your perspective of any situation can turn it into anything you want it to be. And you know, you, yourself, you have an entire world to explore within you-take care of it, and just like a flower you'll start to bloom with the incredible world you can create. Just like you can create your own morning routine. Get to know yourself better, hang out with you as you would with a good friend. And you'll be in awe of all of the things you're capable of. And just like you did here, find your people online and collect all of these ideas like flower petals to create your own bouquet. Spread the Wuve. 💞
