ingredients

FOR CHICKEN MARINADE

1) boneless chicken - 250 gms
2) egg white - 1 nos
3) ginger garlic paste - 1 table spoon
4) salt - as per taste
5) Kashmiri red chili - 1/2 tea spoon
6) black pepper - 1/2 tea spoon
7) soya sauce - 1/2 tea spoon
8) vinegar - 1 tea spoon
9) corn flour - 1 table spoon
10) maida - 1 table spoon

FOR SATAY SAUCE

1) corn flour - 1 tea spoon
2) vinegar - 1/2 tea spoon
3) soya sauce - 1/2 tea spoon
4) red chili sauce - 2 tea spoon
5) schezwan sauce - 2 table spoon
6) water as required

FOR FRYING

1) oil - for frying

FOR COOKING

1) oil - 2 tea spoon
2) garlic - some chopped
3) sugar - 1/2 tea spoon
4) salt - as per taste
5) tomato ketchup - 1 table spoon
6) water - some
7) spring onion - some chopped

RECIPE METHOD

- take a egg white in a mixing bow and whisk it slightly, now add ginger garlic paste, salt, kashmiri red chili powder, black pepper, soya sauce, vinegar, corn flour, maida and mix it well.

- now add boneless chicken pieces in to it, mix it well and keep in refrigerator for 1 hour.

- now in a mixing bowl take corn flour, vinegar, soya sauce, red chili sauce, schezwan sauce, water and mix it well and keep aside.

-now arrange marinated chicken pieces on skewers as shown in video recipe.

- now heat oil in a pan on medium flame and fry chicken until well cooked, and remove tried chicken satay in a separate plate.

- now in medium flame some oil on pan and add chopped garlic, saute for nice aroma, now add satay prepared sauce in to it and mix it well, now add sugar , salt, tomato ketchup and mix it well, now add some chopped spring onion and mix it well.

- now add fried satay in to it and mix it well. now cook for 2 minutes and serve it hot.
