Soft as butter❕ Every bite melts on your tongue❕ A delicious Holiday recipe❕
Ingredients and recipe:
350 ml of warm milk.
30 g of sugar.
10 g of dry yeast.
mix well.
2 eggs.
10 g of vanilla sugar.
5 g of salt.
mix well.
700 g of wheat flour.
mix well with a spatula.
80 g of butter.
70 g of chocolate chips.
cover and let rise for an hour.
Divide the dough into 12 equal parts.
Form each piece of dough into a ball.
Shape each piece of dough as I show you.
Place in a baking tray greased with butter.
cover and leave for 25 minutes.
Mix an egg yolk with a tablespoon of milk.
Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
