Disclaimer: I'm not a mechanic. I'm a do-it-yourself, knuckle dragging wrench turner. This is my daughter's 2015 Chevy Spark. I noticed antifreeze in the driveway and figured out is was the Radiator Reservoir Tank. The part was about $60-$80 at the local parts store (out of stock), so I opted to get it on Amazon for $26.99 to save some cash. I got it the next day, and then did the repair. Walmart was also the only place that I could find the recommended GM antifreeze. Links are below. Hope this helps someone, and please hit the like and subscribe button.
