Oil cooler gaskets + various additional work on an Daimlerchrysler OM642 3.0L V6 Diesel

Here I show you how to replace the heat exchanger / oil cooler, or rather the seals, if the engine starts to lose oil at this point. The problem occurs in every OM642 from a certain age and or mileage. Additional work was required here, such as sealing the vacuum pump, replacing the levers / linkage of the swirl flaps, changing / sealing the clean air duct.
